A Vision Created
While taking Belinda Womack’s course on Channeling Your Creative Fire an image appeared in my head.
This image really resonated with me because it was of a heart. And as many of you know, I include heart sprinkles in every card that I send. I have been doing this for so many years that I no longer remember when I started.
It occurred to me to place the heart image at the end of every story on my Blog to signify its ending and also to convey my love to the reader.
Hearts are important to me because they signify LOVE. And every living one of us has a heart. In my mind, that means we all have both the capacity to receive, to be, and to spread LOVE. To me, it is our birthright and also our responsibility. In the Creator’s eye, we are all lovable and worthy of LOVE all of the time. This is probably more understandable if you are a parent, you love your children regardless, your spouse, maybe 90% of the time. Just kidding!
Hearts and LOVE are why Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday. To me, it isn’t the aspect that most of us celebrate - LOVE between two people. To me, it is a day to show our LOVE for everyone! To give people you don’t know a card, send flowers to a nursing home for all to enjoy, pay for the person behind you at the Coffee Shop, etc. It’s a day to spread joy and random acts of LOVE to people you don’t really know.
In all seriousness, at times it is hard to feel love for an individual that has caused your harm or has treated you unfairly. But they also deserve and need love. Because of varying circumstances in our past, many of us, find it difficult to believe that we are lovable or deserving to receive the LOVE. And we may spend a lifetime feeling this way and at the same time craving the LOVE that we don’t feel we deserve.
Consider this reality - the Creator created all of us both worthy of love and capable of loving. Bottom Line - send unconditional LOVE to everyone. And it is extremely important to send unconditional LOVE to yourself! The more you give, the more you will receive!
Back to my exciting image! Now that I have this image in my head, how do I create it on paper? I am not an artist. And I don’t know the language of an artist. How do I express what I see in my head so it can be created on paper?
Well, this image was meant to be shared. Through a classmate of mine, Natalia, the perfect artist was found. His artistic name is Moira. The heart at the beginning of the story is the result of Moira bringing my vision to life.
He began at a very young age creating mythological and fantastic creatures. He is available to create any type of digital or traditional illustrations. He has created everything from religious illustrations for children, through historical, botanical and scientific illustrations. He has also illustrated cars and engines. He is most passionate about fantastic illustration.
If you have artistic projects that have been waiting for the “right” person, he can be contacted at moiradigital@gmail.com. You can view more of his work on Instagram and also at Behance.
When you see this image, I am saying to you:
